WOMEN’S DAY CELEBRATION at HO. Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Ltd- Mumbai. The invite from the HR to the team across the HO candidly mentioned: Agenda -Food, Fun and Learning.
And as if the universe, just at that very moment, was in a mood to grant a wish!!!
Transpired thus, the WOMEN’S DAY CELEBRATION at HO- Crompton, Mumbai and that is what it literally was – food, fun and learning. The event was powered by the Training and employee engagement partners with Crompton- KAM TRAINING SERVICES from New Delhi.
A euphoria with the stage set to fire with women letting their hair down, not limiting themselves, throwing caution to the wind, loving themselves, giving themselves an open chance to grab what is theirs- their freedom! Laughing out so loud that it got tears to many eyes!
The passion in the air was intoxicating when the women decided to- what the heck! – give themselves a chance!
The electricity and the current in the Equinox cafeteria on 8th march’2022 will be etched in Crompton’s history till eternity!
Starting with satisfying the stomachs with a spread of lunch, the day moved on to a deep, insightful, soulful journey for the women when a talk with a Psychologist made the women think hard and meet themselves.
Without the lip smacking ChaatPaapdi for women, the caring for them would have been incomplete!
Bobble heads added to the fun that got only increased exponentially with the girls hitting the floor and then, all is history as women just let themselves go! DJ played varied songs and caused the atmosphere to chill!
Crompton, HO, created history with the event that was a SALUTE TO WOMEN in the truest of the spirit!
